Depending on the job & also on the company (private or government), but the very lowest wage is $529 in Governemnt sectors. By law, no one is allowed to be paid less than this. But also consider that there are allowances, so thinking of the minimum, you can add another $ 70 or $80 to the amount.

In Bahrain as in all the GCC majority of salaries are very low indeed starting from 100BD up to whatever if you are western and qualified. It all depends first on your nationality, second your qualifications, and on the type of visa you have, whether you need a sponsor etc. For Indians, pakistanis, Philipinos, Sri Lankan, Nepali etc salaries are simply ridiculous.

BD 200.00 / $530...

please be clear next time you ask a question.

200 BD is the starting for low-wage workers...

but if your ur asking about the wages/Salaries of a

white collar job... than it may depend on the profession

e.g. (like a charter accountant's per month salary is starting from 1200 BD ($3200).

... hope dis helps

I do not think that the 200 BHD minimum is enforced yet, any way that would be for locals only.

for expats there is no minimum that I know of, it can go as low as 40 BHD "106 USD", or even less than that.
